| GriffinGuard is a window security screen that has been designed to blend in with the architectural features of a building and provides a strong visual deterrent as well as a robust physical screen preventing burglary, noise and vandalism. We are able to quickly and easily fit a tailor made unit to offer protection on the outside of a window so that reaction to an emergency can be swift. From inside 60% of available light is allowed through giving an unobtrusive form of window security with minimal distraction to working environment. Security is complimented by the need for safety with the option of a quick release fire escape. Hinging can be added to allow window cleaning and the anti graffiti finish option causes paint to 'bead' off rather than sticking and is supplied with a cleaning kit. The chrome stainless steel mesh, a strong but relatively thin material, means it is less likely to rust than similar competitive products. Salt spray corrosion tests on ordinary galvanised products show they fail due to the exposed steel created by the punching process. With Griffin Guard punching has no effect on the integrity of the chromium product. Sizes up to 2600mm x 2500mm in a single piece gives optimum rigidity but pieces can be joined for larger windows. A non-reflective matt black gives optimum optical illusion as the dark mesh 'vanishes'.
